Associate Vice President and Director of Leadership Programs
Jennifer first joined El Pomar Foundation in 2006 as a participant in the Fellowship program. After completing the Fellowship, she went on to work for almost 10 years at the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency in various roles and later worked at Pikes Peak United Way as the director of Colorado Springs Promise. In 2019, Jennifer returned to the Foundation as associate vice president and director of leadership programs. In that capacity, Jennifer directs the Fellowship program and provides strategic leadership to the Internship and Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program. Jennifer currently serves as an instructor for Kidpower of Colorado, teaching kids, teens and adults personal safety skills.
Jennifer is from Colorado Springs and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology from Tennessee State University.
